Some Important Information

Ravensbrueck was the largest and only concentration camp for women. It contained 45,000 prisoners by 1945.

Periodic killings occurred and eventually women were transferred regularly to euthanasia centers.

Incredibly unethical experiments occurred here including bone grafting, muscle and nerve experiments. Most of the women who were selected for these experiments died from the wounds.
